Mayan ceremony
A shaman opens the space with copal incense and thanks the gods of the underworld.

Churrihelados tasting
Artisan ice creams in Yucatecan flavors: chaya, chicozapote, tamarind.
Honey tasting
Virgin honey from the melipona bee — revered by the Maya and unique to the peninsula.
